Kathi Mooney, PhD, RN, is a nationally recognized leader in the cancer control fields of symptom science, patient-reported outcomes, e-health behavioral interventions, and cancer care delivery models. She holds the rank of Distinguished Professor and the Louis S. Peery and Janet B. Peery Presidential Endowed Chair in the College of Nursing at the University of Utah. She is the Co-Leader of Cancer Control and Population Sciences at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. She has many years of service to the Oncology Nursing Society including serving as the national president. She has received both the ONS Distinguished Researcher and Distinguished Service awards.
